If you have concerns about how your personal information is handled, you may submit a written complaint describing the issue and including your contact information. We will acknowledge receipt, investigate, and notify you of the outcome and any steps taken. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may seek redress with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
